These guys are great! I had tried to arrange a time with the company who had shingled my house to do my new build garage so they would match. I was given no reply and was hung up on without a word being spoken – call was ended before it even began. I understand people are busy but manners still matter. Enough of them. I was recommended by a friend to check out Moffatt Bros and I am really glad I did. I called and they said no problem just call when the roof is ready. Called when it was ready and they said they could have a team out that Friday.

Team showed up early Thursday morning and was done and gone by noon. I was really happy about that because the rain was forecast – they beat the rain and avoided the ply on the roof getting wet. They spread tarps on the ground to catch any debris and used a magnetic sweeper to pick up any stray nails leaving the place as if they had never been there. Just a really efficient professional company that like my friends I too will quickly recommend now. Thanks!

Metal Roofing Installation – Port Hope, ON

As serial home renovators (8th home in 20 years), we have addressed roof challenges in over half. As we required a new roof in our most recent abode, I started the inevitable requests for quotes and q&a (we wanted a metal roof for this reno). We called five different companies; 2 never responded, 1 did everything remote (quoted without a visit), and two showed up. Chris from Moffatt was FABULOUS, on time and helped us with the decision-making process. We had follow-up questions to which I emailed and received an answer within the hour!! The crew showed up yesterday (one of the hottest days of the summer) at 7 am and left at 5:30, and completed 100% of the work. Fast, polite, efficient, AND we had four wasp nests that needed to be addressed. The whole team was just incredible. On-time, on budget and no mess. Ignore the fact we have no front door on (next to be done ;) For Northumberland and surrounding areas, I would ONLY use Moffatt Roofing.

I was impressed to say the least with this Moffatt Brothers crew. They installed all the premium products that were listed on my new roof proposal with great attention to detail. They protected everything including my driveway and went about their clean-up duties with the same diligence that they performed their installation duties. This crew was professional, courteous and very approachable but what impressed me the most was they worked well as a team. They all new their respective roles. Each member equally sharing their responsibilities for quality control and safety. I am sure I have made the right choice in choosing the Moffatt Brothers to replace my roof.

We have a side-split home, located in Coboconk, Ontario. Moffatt Bros. Roofing was contacted, to give an estimate. They had a representative sent out within three days and gave an estimate…Not only did their representative give an estimate, he made suggestions on how to improve the existing roof, and made up a payment plan. He was so friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. The installation went perfectly…The Installation Crew was on time, very polite and very willing to answer any questions. At the conclusion, they cleaned up the yard completely. All the people that both my wife and I dealt with at Moffatt, right from the Estimator, the Office Staff and the Installers were just great. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS RELIABLE GOOD WORK!!!
